Basics: Various stances, blocks, strikes, kicks & jumping kicks

1 for 1:  On the spot – various techniques

1 Step:  Varied Techniques. No Takedowns.  Attack to nose.
Same technique both sides. Only one attacking Kiup.

Self Defence: Release from various attacks from front & rear.
You may offer part to be grabbed but it must be dealt with quickly
                                      
Mitt Kicking: 1 x 2min
                         
Free Sparring: Full equipment, Control, contact & speed.
                                      
Destruction: 3 directional technique must include side kick,
arm technique & jumping technique. WOOD 16 yr +

Fitness: 50 x Situps, Pressups, Burpees
